WWE Smackdown Injury Updates
Many of the renowned names of wwe smackdown have suffered some type of injury on a regular basis. Some of these injuries include Big E’s broken neck, Ridge Holland’s nose, and Shinsuke Nakamura’s horrific ankle injury. Even Xia Li has been reported to be injured after a Money in the Bank match. Regardless of the severity of the injury, here’s what we know so far.
Big E suffered a broken neck during a wwe smackdown match
A WWE star has suffered a broken neck during a recent match. According to a video posted by Big E on his social media account, he has broken both his C1 and C6 vertebrae. The good news is that he is not in need of surgery to repair the damage. As fans watched on, Big E gave a thumbs up as he was being carried away. WWE did not air the video, but fans were able to capture it. While the video is heartbreaking, it does provide some good news for fans.
According to the WWE’s official website, the star broke his neck during a live broadcast of “Smackdown.” The incident happened during a tag team match between Big E and fellow wrestler Ridge Holland. Holland attempted an overhead suplex on Big E, but the move went wrong. The ‘New Day’ star was immediately carried off to a nearby hospital.
Ridge Holland suffered a broken nose during a wwe smackdown match
Wrestler Ridge Holland has provided an update on his nose injury. The injury occurred during a match in which he was teamed with Sheamus against Cesaro and Ricochet. Holland had been on the sidelines for quite some time and had only just returned to the ring. The break was reported during a pay-per-view, when Holland was tagged in by Sheamus for a double-team. However, in an attempt to hit Cesaro with a boot, Ricochet managed to flip Holland and land a flat boot on the back of his nose. This boot broke the nose open, which was not immediately visible to viewers.
On Saturday night, Sheamus were teamed up to face Ricochet. The duo managed to win the handicap match, but during the match, Ricochet accidentally stamped on Holland, breaking his nose. Holland was unable to return to the match and the medical staff noted that he had broken his nose. Sheamus was then able to defeat Cesaro with the Brogue Kick.
Shinsuke Nakamura suffered a brutal ankle injury during a wwe smackdown match
During tonight’s SmackDown house show, Shinsuke Nakamura took a brutal kick to the ankle. The result was a horrific injury for the former WrestleMania champion. While WWE did not disclose the full extent of the injury, it is safe to assume that Nakamura was bitten by a police dog.
Shinsuke Nakamura was the next superstar to be injured during a smackdown match. The Usos, the cousins of WWE superstar Roman Reigns, are on a roll when it comes to injuries. Since winning the WWE Title earlier that week, they’ve injured three superstars, including Shinsuke Nakamura. In this match, the Usos also injured Rick Boogs and Randy Orton.
Xia Li appeared to be injured following her Money in the Bank match
WWE Superstar Xia Li appeared to be injured after her Money in the Bank qualifier match at WWE Smackdown on Friday night. Li fell to Lacey Evans in the match that was part of a storyline to qualify for the Money in the Bank match next month. She was examined by a medical staff and referee inside the ring, and was then helped through the crowd. The specific nature of the injury is not known, and the team and management of the match are evaluating the situation.
According to reports, Xia Li had an injury to her shoulder during her Money in the Bank match, but the full results can be found at this link. In addition, WWE Smackdown aired a video of the injury. While the injury appears to be minor, the injury can still cause an unnecessary amount of pain. For this reason, WWE has implemented a ten-minute injury policy.
Akash Dhakite’s relationship with John Cena
Akash Dhakite is a wrestling writer for EssentiallySports. He grew up watching John Cena on TV and learned to never give up from him. After years of watching John Cena, he is now a full-time WWE writer. His relationship with John Cena is a complex one, and his writing style is a little different than most other wrestling writers.
John Cena first made his WWE debut on “SmackDown” on June 27, 2002. He responded to Kurt Angle’s open challenge with a brutal slap to the chops before the match. After a loss to Kurt Angle, Cena was given the handshake of The Undertaker. He later stated that his favorite WWE Superstar was Theory, but said that the latter needed an Attitude Adjustment.
Happy Corbin’s vicious assault on Moss
Following his brutal attack on Moss during WWE Smackdown, Happy Corbin showed no remorse. In an interview with Megan Morant, Corbin explained the reasons for the attack. While his knee is still in a cast, he is expected to return to the ring soon. We’ll have to wait and see how Corbin’s vengeful attack on Moss affects his health.
After a long layoff due to an injury, Randy Moss has returned to the blue brand, and he’s looking for vengeance against former partner Baron Corbin. A steel chair was used as a weapon during the assault, with Moss delivering multiple blows to the back of Corbin. While the two were able to deescalate the situation, it was not enough to keep the fans watching. Moss punched both Corbin and the official while he was fighting for his life. This is where WWE Official Adam Pearce’s stern tone came in.
